Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not totally thrilled with your escape room, we’re happy to offer a full refund.

Eligibility

You may request a refund for any reason, but please note that refunds are limited to one escape room per educator. We cannot process refunds for multiple escape rooms or additional refund requests after the first one. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all of our customers.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please visit our contact page and send us an email. Be sure to include the following information: your full name, your order number, and the name of the escape room you'd like refunded. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes

We can only issue refunds for escape rooms purchased directly on playpuzzlepunks.com. If you purchased a Puzzle Punks escape room through TeachersPayTeachers, please refer to their refund policy.
